Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or reject your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges for each shipment. 

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may not cancel your order if the manufacturer has shipped the part or if a part is custom and is not returnable.

Returns

Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc does not accept returns. In the event you have ordered an incorrect product and would like to exchange it a 25% restock fee will apply and the shipping costs to send your product is never reimbursed. The remaining balance will be applied to your new order. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc. may deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.

Core Policy

Items that require a core will have core charge applied to order if core is not received in advance of order. We accept cores for up to 30 days from the date of invoice and we ask you to return them as soon as possible. Cores that are deemed unrepairable cannot be accepted for core credit. Please package electronic equipment properly to prevent damage during shipping. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping & Lead Times - Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same State where Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc collects sales tax. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales and use taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Warranty Information:

Electronic boards carry a one-year warranty from date of purchase. Printers will be warranted for 90 days.

Products are guaranteed against any defect arising from the normal use of the equipment excluding acts of God or power surges. The purchaser’s right under the limited warranty shall consist solely of requiring Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc. to replace any defective item at no cost, excluding shipping cost of both the defective item and replacement item.

Warranty

All rebuilt and upgraded equipment is guaranteed (1) year from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated, against any defect arising from the normal use of equipment. The purchaser’s right under the limited warranty shall consist solely of requiring Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc. to replace any defective item at no cost, excluding shipping cost of both the defective item and replacement item. 

1. 1.     LIMITED WARRANTY: We warranty that the product will be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Within the warranty period we shall repair or replace such products as are returned to us with shipping charges prepaid and which are deemed by us to be defective. Labor and travel expenses are not covered. This limited warranty will not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse; negligence or accident; or modified or repaired or attempted to be repaired by unauthorized persons; or improperly installed. 

2. 2.     INSPECTION: Buyer shall inspect promptly after receipt and shall notify us in writing of any claims, including claims of breach of limited warranty within (30) days after the buyer discovers or should have discovered the facts upon which the claim is based. Failure of the buyers to give written notice of a claim within such time shall be deemed to be a waiver of such claim. 

3. 3.     DISCLAIMER: The provisions of paragraph 1 constitute our sole obligations under any warranty, expressed or implied, and exclude all other remedies, expressed or implied including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, whether or not purposes or specifications are described herein. We further disclaim any responsibility or liability whatsoever to the customer of the buyer or to any person for injury to such person or damage to or loss of property or value caused by any other product which has been subjected to misuse; negligence or accident; or misapplied; or repaired or attempted to be repaired by unauthorized persons; or improperly installed. 

4. 4.     LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances shall Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc be liable for any accident, consequential or other damages, loss or expenses arising from any contract entered into by Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc. and the buyer or to any third party or in connection with the use of, or inability to use our products for any purpose. 

5. 5.     COLLATERAL PROMISES: There are no representatives, warranties, or conditions expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, except those herein contained and not agreements or waivers collateral hereto shall be binding upon the company unless in writing and signed by bother parties and accepted by Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc. 

6. 6.     INTERPRETATION: All rights and liabilities arising out of any contract, limited warranty or claimed breach therefore should be determined under the uniform commercial code as enacted in the state in which Walt’s Petroleum Service, Inc. resides.
